In most cases shipping arrives on time and without hassle. However, Domestic AND International shipping can take longer depending on Covid outbreaks, strikes or unforeseen disasters without warning.

❤️ On average, USA First Class shipments may take up to 3-5 days – PRIORITY Shipping 2-3 days.
❤️ International Shipments may take up to 5 weeks – Priority Shipping 10-14 days.

Packages ship out typically within 24-48 hours to help decrease your wait. Weekends excluded.

Free US Shipping on Orders $60+ will still be shipped with the First Class Shipping method.


Processing time:
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. On average, orders are ready in 1 – 2 days.

Estimated standard shipping times:
Canada: 7-14 business days
North America: 1-5 business days
Europe: 7-20 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7-20 business days

I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.


I gladly accept returns and exchanges:

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery with tracking number.
Return Shipping cost is NOT included in the refund.

I usually don’t accept cancellations. If an item is shipped out, it is not possible to cancel. If you act fast, there may be a chance to cancel. Email me ASAP :

These following items can’t be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products
  • Digital downloads

Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


In a Nut Shell:

To fulfill your order, you provide me with personal information, such as your name, email, address, encrypted payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. I do not sell your info or retain it in any way other than to fulfill your order.

Now here is the somewhat boring Legal part, but I just want to assure you, I am not an evil corporation that will take any devious actions with your personal information. Friends don’t do that to friends. =^.^=

I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

~As needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfill your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

~Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies (USPS) or Payment Processors (Paypal, Stripe). I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve payment disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 2 years or less.

If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:

~Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
~Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
~Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
~Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
